i realized an important lesson on the way home from beecher's last night. it is entitled "why i dress like a hobo post-child." i normally would have been wearing some work-out shorts and a t-shirt, but i decided to put on a nice shirt and shorts for our annual first day of summer ice cream adventure. approximately thirty seconds after jack got his cone, i had chocolate smeared all over my shorts and vanilla dripping down the left side of my shirt. so when you see me slumming around in my casual after-work/weekend attire, now you know the rest of the story. i have a JUSTIFIABLE REASON for looking like a homeless person. a homeless person with a nice hairdo. happy summer!
